There are so many men and women who have been unfailing in their support of me and of this book.  They have encouraged me, fixed my mistakes, listening to my ramblings, assisted me in marketing, and otherwise helped to make this book a success over the years.  Chief among these are my partners at PIX, Larry Starr, Mike Preston, and Jim Norman, as well as my friends Kevin Donovan, Joan Gucciardi, Gary Lesser, Craig Hoffman, and Marge Martin.
